Draft and manage correspondence, reports and documents
Maintain filing systems (digital and paper)
Schedule meetings, appointments and site visits
Handle construction-related documents such as contracts, tenders, drawings and permits
Liaise between site teams, sub-contractors, suppliers and head office
Answer phones, respond to emails and handle inquiries professionally
Qualifications
2 years of experience in secretarial role
Experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with UAE construction
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
