Key Responsibilities:
Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement as per company policy
Handle correspondence, phone calls, emails, and document filing
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data entry
Maintain accurate records and databases (hard and soft copies)
Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and government entities as required
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor/immigration laws
Support HR, finance, and operations teams with admin tasks as needed
Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the office premises
Assist in onboarding and documentation of new employees
