A leading construction company in Qatar is looking for a
well-experienced Female Secretary
to handle all secretarial and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate must be
currently in Qatar
and fully familiar with handling emails, coordination, document control, and general office work.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all email communications and official correspondence
Prepare reports, letters, and maintain organized filing systems
Schedule meetings, appointments, and manage calendars
Answer phone calls and follow up with clients, consultants, and suppliers
Support project teams and senior management with admin tasks
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Coordinate internally between departments and externally with vendors
Assist with HR, procurement, and document submissions when needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Secretary (preferably in a construction company)
Excellent written and verbal communication in
English
(Arabic is a plus)
Strong skills in
Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
Professional attitude, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Must be currently residing in Qatar
Transferable visa (NOC)
and
ready to join immediately
