A company in (Khobar / Dammam / Riyadh.) is seeking a Secretary (Male or Female) to join its team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong communication and organizational skills. Fluent in English (written and spoken). Familiarity with Saudi government platforms such as Muqeem, Qiwa, Absher, GOSI, Mudad, etc. Experience in Document Control and archiving systems. Key Responsibilities: Organizing appointments and meetings. Preparing reports and official correspondence. Managing email communication and follow-ups.
