Emirati Secretary
to join our team in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, manage office tasks, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle office correspondence, filing, and document preparation
Manage appointments and schedules
Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
Support daily office operations and assist team members as needed
Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of company records
Requirements:
UAE National (Emirati) - Female preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.)
Previous administrative experience is a plus but not required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
