Key Responsibilities:
Manage On-Site Security Documentation
Oversee and maintain all physical security records, including access control logs, surveillance data, and perimeter monitoring reports.
Coordinate with Internal and External Stakeholders
Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and local authorities to ensure adherence to project-specific security procedures and protocols.
Maintain Security Records and Systems
Keep site security plans, visitor management systems, and personnel access databases updated and organized.
Monitor and Escalate Site Incidents
Track site activities for any security breaches or safety violations, documenting occurrences and escalating as required.
Conduct Routine Checks and Audits
Support routine inspections of security infrastructure and assist with audit preparations to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Assist with Emergency Planning
Provide administrative support for emergency response strategies, participate in drills, and log incident investigations.
Facilitate Security Awareness
Prepare and circulate briefings for staff and visitors on site-specific security guidelines and emergency protocols.
Generate Reports and Summaries
Compile regular updates on security metrics, incident trends, and recommended improvements for management review.

Expected:
5-8 years of relevant experience
in site security administration within oil & gas, petrochemical, or industrial environments
In-depth knowledge of
access control systems

surveillance technologies

incident response protocols
Proficiency in
Microsoft PowerPoint

Adobe Creative Suite
for presentations, training briefs, and reporting
Exceptional
attention to detail
and a creative approach to documentation and visual communications
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable working in a
site office-based environment in Abu Dhabi
, with readiness to support operations across project phases
