We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin/Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities



Manage and organize documents to ensure proper document control. Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Handle correspondence, phone calls, and scheduling. Assist with various administrative tasks as needed. Maintain office supplies and inventory.

Qualifications



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is preferred. Bachelors Degree preferred.
