Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle email correspondence, draft official letters, and manage communication on behalf of the Managing Director. Maintain schedules, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel plans and appointments. Accompany the Managing Director for official travel as required. Organize and maintain confidential files, documents, and records. Manage incoming calls, visitors, and general office coordination. Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes with accuracy. Support administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders professionally. Assist in follow-ups, reminders, and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:



Female candidate preferred. Bachelor's degree or relevant qualification in Administration/Business or related field. Prior experience as a Secretary/Executive Assistant is an advantage. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling. Professional, organized, and able to multitask effectively. Willingness to travel with the Managing Director for official purposes. Strong interpersonal skills, confidentiality, and time-management abilities.
