Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and professional Secretary to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to management and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal Candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, be proficient in computer and office applications, and demonstrate a professional and positive attitude.

This position requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.

Handle official correspondence (emails, letters, and reports) in both English and Arabic.

Prepare presentations, monthly reports, and follow up on administrative updates.

Track ongoing administrative tasks and projects to ensure timely completion.

Maintain an efficient and confidential filing system (digital and physical).

Assist in organizing internal and external meetings or events.

Support team members in daily administrative operations to ensure workflow efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Arabic Language is also preferable.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) etc.

Eecellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Professional positive attitude, and ability to work under pressure.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a secretarial or administrative role (preferably in a professional setting)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
