is looking to hire a

Personal Secretary

to assist in administrative and coordination tasks.

Requirements:



Proven experience in secretarial or administrative roles. Excellent command of

Microsoft Office

applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong skills in

report preparation

and

follow-up with companies and departments

.

Fluent in English

(both written and spoken) - mandatory*.
Excellent organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain confidentiality.

Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
