We are seeking a

proactive and organized Office Secretary (Female)

to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of relevant experience and must be well-versed in general office administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Handling day-to-day

emails and correspondence

Preparing

reports, documents, and presentations

Scheduling and organizing

meetings and appointments

Following up with

clients and stakeholders

Maintaining organized

records and filing systems

Providing

administrative support

to the management

Requirements:



2-3 years of experience in a similar role Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently Female candidates only Candidates on

dependent visa

will be given preference
