Job Summary:

. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and executive support, manage schedules, draft high-quality communications, and serve as a key point of contact within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide executive-level support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
Draft, edit, and proofread professional documents, emails, letters, and reports
Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications
Prepare agendas, take accurate minutes, and follow up on action items
Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for meetings and events
Maintain confidential files, records, and documentation with discretion
Monitor and manage office supplies, and coordinate with vendors as needed
Represent the organization professionally in verbal and written communications
Qualifications:
Minimum
3 years
of experience in a secretarial or administrative role
Excellent written English skills, with attention to tone, clarity, and grammar
Confident and persuasive verbal communication ("power talk") skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory
