Manage and organize the executive's or team's schedules.
Arrange meetings, appointments, and travel.
Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes.
Maintain and update filing systems (electronic and physical).

Communication
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
Draft and proofread letters, reports, memos, and other documents.
Act as a point of contact between executives, staff, and external parties.

Office Management
Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
Ensure office equipment is maintained and functioning.
Assist in organizing company events or conferences.

Data Management
Maintain accurate records and databases.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
Update and retrieve data as needed for various departments.
5.
Coordination & Support
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Support HR with onboarding documentation or scheduling interviews.
Assist in budget tracking, invoice processing, or petty cash handling.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 4 years Proven experience as an Secretary or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
