Job Summary: Looking for a Secretarial Receptionist in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:
  • Welcome guests and provide them with basic information on relevant issues as well as procedures
  • Receive all official correspondences and ensure right dispatching
  • Prepare responses to routine correspondences
  • Type documents, reports, correspondences as may be required
  • Manage petty cash and report to the finance department
  • Keep up a proper filing and records management system for all incoming and outgoing correspondences
  • Respond to and screen telephone calls
  • Give accurate as well as relevant information to visitors if necessary
  • Provide daily administrative supports to various work units
  • Undertake any other relevant tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
  • Possess a Degree/Diploma in Administrative Services, Office Management or Secretarial related studies
  • At least 1 year of experience in the same or similar position
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Must have good Ms Office suite knowledge with excellent typing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have a professional appearance
