? Lead and manage a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
? Develop and implement effective sales strategies, especially for Secondary properties and resale properties.
? Maintain strong relationships with developers and clients to maximize business opportunities.
? Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing training and support where needed.
? Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
? Ensure high standards of customer service throughout the sales cycle.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Dubai real estate, specifically in Secondary property sales.* Strong understanding of the UAE property market and developer portfolios.* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.* Proven leadership abilities and a proactive sales approach.* Valid UAE driving license is a plus.*
