We're hiring a Secondary Real Estate Agent to support our lead agent and help manage growing client demand. If you enjoy real estate but prefer a role with steady guidance, shared responsibilities, and room to grow, this is a great fit.
What you'll do
Assist the lead agent with showings, client follow-ups, and transaction tasks Handle overflow leads and nurture your own client pipeline Prepare CMAs and help coordinate listings Attend inspections, open houses, and walkthroughs Communicate with lenders, title reps, and clients to keep deals moving Keep records organized and maintain CRM updates
What we're looking for
Active real estate license (or close to getting one) Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, organized, and comfortable managing multiple tasks Willingness to learn from a lead agent while still building your own business
