Resales Real Estate Agents

specializing in

plots, villas, and secondary market properties

within Dubai.

Responsibilities

Handle

resale listings

, including plots, villas, townhouses, and ready properties across Dubai. Prospect, source, and secure new resale listings and property owners. Conduct property valuations, market analysis, and pricing strategies for resale properties. Build strong client relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and landlords. Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Stay updated on Dubai's real estate market trends, communities, and regulatory requirements. Manage CRM entries, maintain accurate client records, and follow up on all leads. Collaborate closely with the sales manager and team to achieve monthly targets. Represent the company professionally and uphold high-quality service standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum

2-3 years of resale/secondary market experience

in Dubai real estate. Strong knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and resale procedures. Experience dealing with

plots and luxury villas

is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Proven track record in closing resale deals. Must be currently based in Dubai. RERA certification (or willingness to obtain). Valid UAE driving license required. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms.
