Role Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and results-driven Property Consultant with specialized expertise in the Abu Dhabi real estate market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of local property trends, regulations, and buyer behavior, and will be responsible for guiding clients through every stage of the property transaction process.
Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
Conduct market analysis and provide insights on pricing, trends, and investment opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with local developers, investors, and property owners
Promote listings through targeted marketing campaigns and property portals
Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and closings with professionalism and accuracy
Stay informed about regulatory changes, new developments, and competitive offerings
Maintain accurate records of listings, transactions, and client communications
Qualifications
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Abu Dhabi real estate sales or leasing
In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and UAE real estate laws
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
Proficiency in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
