We are seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Agent with strong expertise in the

Secondary (resale) property market

. If you excel at client service, negotiations, and market analysis, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

Identify and connect with potential buyers and sellers in the resale market. Build strong, long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service. Understand client needs to match them with the perfect property.

Property Listing & High-Impact Marketing

Source and evaluate pre-owned properties across key locations. Conduct Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) to recommend smart pricing strategies. Organize property staging, photography, and marketing campaigns across top portals and social media.

Sales, Viewings & Negotiation

Lead property viewings with confidence and clarity. Negotiate offers to secure win-win outcomes for buyers and sellers. Manage the sales process end-to-end -- from inquiries to contract signing.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Dubai's secondary real estate market Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, manage, and scale a sales team Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills A goal-oriented, target-driven mindset
