Secondary Agent
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Responsibilities :
- Market, buy, sell and lease resale residential and commercial properties across Dubai and the UAE
- Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers and investors
- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing trends and investment potential in Dubai's secondary market
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers and manage contracts to completion
- Generate and manage leads through referrals, digital marketing and networking
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
- Proven sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated performer
- Client relationship building
- Secondary market experience
- Dubai property market knowledge
- RERA registration (preferred)
- CRM proficiency
- Previous real estate sales track record
