Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews.
- Handle employee relations issues and guide HR policies.
- Ensure adherence to UAE labour laws.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs.
- Maintain accurate HR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 4-6 years of HR experience.
- Proficiency in recruiting for blue-collar roles in manufacturing.
- Proven track record in HR roles within the manufacturing sector.
- Bilingual in English and Hindi (Required).
- Knowledge of HR best practices and UAE labour laws.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
