We are looking for an experienced Seafood Cook / Chef to lead daily kitchen operations for a high-quality seafood restaurant. The ideal candidate must be skilled in handling fresh seafood, preparing a variety of seafood dishes, and maintaining consistent taste, hygiene, and presentation. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook a wide variety of seafood dishes, fry, grill (fish, prawns etc.) Handle cleaning, cutting, filleting, and marinating of fresh seafood Ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation of all dishes Manage daily kitchen operations, Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP / local municipality rules) Monitor food quality, freshness, and storage Assist in menu execution and suggest improvements when required Coordinate with helpers/kitchen assistants, Minimize wastage and control food cost Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, equipment, and work areas
