. . Certified Scrum Master or agile coach with experience on agile practices.

. . 10+ years of experience as Scrum Master, leading technical teams in delivering high quality digital solutions with App based applications

. . Experience facilitating the scrum practices (leading ceremonies, empowering teams, identifying coaching opportunities)

. Experience in Banking domain is must

. . Experience with SDLC Agile practices and leading complex product delivery in a large cross functional organization

. . High level of computer literacy ability to learn new tools and products quickly

. . Understanding and experience with broad technical skills across multiple domains (Technology, Information, Retail banking, Digital Wallets etc.)

. . Prior experience leading and coaching teams to deliver with a consistent or increasing velocity

. . Excellent communication skills with ability to influence multiple levels in the organization

. . A skilled facilitator that is creative and efficient in proposing solutions to complex, time-critical problems
