Job Description

- Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives). Remove "blockers" or impediments that hinder the team's progress. Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and refinement. Protect the team from outside interruptions to maintain a high "velocity." Foster a self-organizing team culture and promote Agile best practices.

- Requirements:

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent. Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP). Strong coaching and conflict-resolution skills.
