Job Description

Job Purpose

Leads Agile ceremonies, ensures sprint delivery, removes blockers, and supports team velocity. Facilitates communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.

Remove team impediments and ensure smooth project delivery.

Facilitate collaboration between product owners, development teams, and stakeholders.

Monitor sprint progress and support continuous delivery and improvement.

Coach team members on Agile best practices and principles.

Manage project risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.

Ensure alignment between project goals and organizational objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related or Master's in Business Administration (MBA).

Experience: 3-5 years in Agile project management or Scrum Master roles.

Key Competency Requirements

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.

Understanding of software development life cycle and DevOps processes.

Project Management Skills:

Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge with hands-on experience.

Proven track record of delivering IT or AI projects using Agile methodologies.

Soft Skills:

Excellent facilitation and conflict resolution skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Proactive mindset with a focus on team empowerment and delivery.
