Job Description
Scrum Master:
Strong communication and good knowledge of corporate banking domain
Hands on Agile and Scrum frame work experience is must (Should be strong on Scrum framework & Agile Principles)
Profile should have exposure in handling stake holders independently
Excellent governance & reporting skills preparing data and statistics for senior management
Excellent strategist with exposure in building Vision and Strategy for initiatives
Expected high professional conduct and presentability to handle senior stake holders
