Job Description
Responsibilities:
Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives
Track sprint progress and manage agile boards (Trello, ClickUp, etc.)
Remove roadblocks and keep the team focused
Support coordination between design, development, and management
Requirements:
2+ years as Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent is a plus
Strong communication and team facilitation skills
Experience in small startup teams or creative industries preferred
