Scrum Master
to guide our development teams, foster collaboration, and drive delivery excellence.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the team lives Agile values and follows agreed practices. Facilitate sprints, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Coach team members on Agile frameworks and best practices. Remove obstacles and protect the team from distractions. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage backlogs and priorities. Guide teams to higher levels of Scrum maturity. Support cross-functional coordination and stakeholder governance. * Ensure quality deliverables and continuous improvement
