SCREEN PRINTING OPERATOR

We urgently need Screen Printing Operator to join us immediately.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Set up and position objects on the screen printing device using guides or fixtures. Apply paint by pouring into the screen frame or using a squeegee to transfer designs. Clean screens with solvents after runs and when changing colors. Mix paints according to standard formulas as required. Affix decals to parts and assemblies using rollers. Inspect printed items for defects and ensure quality standards are met. Fabricate silk screen stencils using photographic equipment when necessary. Perform tasks as required depending on the object being printed.

Job Requirements and Qualifications :

Proven experience in screen printing. Strong knowledge of substrates, screens, inks, reclaiming, and setup. Skilled in precise registration techniques for both single and multi-color prints. Solid understanding of mesh counts, coating, and exposure processes. Ability to check and adjust printed items during production for accuracy. Expertise in color matching and mixing to PMS standards. Ability to work in diverse environments. Attention to detail with strong color management skills.
