Oversee customer-based queues and plan and allocate tasks to meet project requirements.
Responsible for tracking, receiving, and stocking all items ordered.
Ensure materials are appropriately stored.
Timely delivery of goods to the end customer as per the highest standards.
Program the final inventory of materials prior to shipment.
Manage and maintain inventory to operating levels.
Fleet management, optimization, and maintenance.
Responsible for supervising and accounting for an inventory
Carry out annual property inventory and provide other reports in his area of responsibility.
Support the Procurement department as a backbone to ensure the completion of the order cycle as per the SOP.
Timely invoice submission to the Accounts department.
Avoid dead stocking and timely escalations if the situation of dead stock arises.
Inventory optimization and supervise the warehouse staff.
Review and Verify credit application form and submit for approval to the Finance Manager.
Raising, submission and follow-up for the manual invoices to the private and govt. sectors as per the policies set forth by the Finance Manager.
Issue PI for advance payments after verifying the cost, payment terms, send to the customer, follow-up for the payment and releasing the orders once payment is received.
Progressive invoicing and submission to the customer as per the policies set forth by the Finance Manager.
Invoicing and submission to the customer on project completion as per the policies set forth by the Finance Manager.
Timely raising, submission and follow-up of AMC invoices as per the policies set forth by the Finance Manager.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
