Job Details

• Teach Science to KS4 and KS5 students following the National Curriculum for England
• Deliver engaging and innovative lessons that promote creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking
• Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners in an inclusive environment
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and maintain high teaching standards
• Assess and track student progress, ensuring outstanding outcomes and exam results
• Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and school leadership to support student development
• Contribute actively to extracurricular programmes and community events
• Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote the wellbeing of all students

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor of Education, or bachelor's degree in Science with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of teaching experience within the National Curriculum for England
• Strong subject knowledge and proven experience teaching Science at KS4 and KS5
• Creative and enthusiastic teaching approach with ability to inspire students
• Excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills
