Greet students, parents, and visitors courteously
Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries
Maintain attendance and visitor logs
Coordinate student sign-in/out procedures
Provide administrative support to the school office
Requirements:
Previous experience in a school or reception role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
Basic computer and office software skills
