to be the first point of contact at our school. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing excellent service to students, parents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, parents, and students in a courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Handle student attendance records and update databases.
Provide administrative support to teachers and school leadership.
Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Assist in organizing school events, meetings, and appointments.
Requirements
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (preferably in an educational setting).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
