Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
Maintain student attendance records and logs.
Assist with school office paperwork and documentation.
Coordinate appointments and visitor access.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
Friendly and approachable demeanor.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
