• Educational expertise and a proven track record of developing and sustaining a high-standard learning environment.
• Experience in leading strategic processes in a school to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication skills and strategies that will motivate and inspire all stakeholders.
• The ability to provide direction set expectations and inspire staff through communicating goals clearly and empowering collaboration.
• Successful and demonstrable experience of parental engagement and evidence of creating community partnerships that enhance learning.
• A cultural understanding and ethos to lead both staff and students to continually strive for excellence.

To be considered for this role, you should:

• Have demonstrated a successful track record of student achievement and attainment in a National Curriculum .
• Have experience as a Head, or extensive experience at Principal / Deputy level and able to demonstrate readiness to step up to a Headship in a new school
• Be an effective and dynamic leader with exceptional communication and presentation skills with a proven track record of driving school development in previous positions.
• Have extensive experience in leading a school through inspection, having a significant impact during the process.
• Be able to demonstrate successful experience in leading and managing large numbers of staff and experienced leaders.
• Be able to demonstrate genuine passion towards the wider co-curricular life of a school
• Have a keen focus on parental engagement, student partnerships, and community development.
• Have a minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Education or other relevant fields with a teaching qualification
• Have 10 years of educational experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role
