Responsibilities

- To ensure that the School imparts education of the finest quality and strives to exceed set standards and expectations of parents, society and management, in line with goals of the institution
- To plan, develop and run the Academic- Curricular, Co-curricular and Extracurricular activities, events, administration and effective management thereof
- To ensure that overall academic and non-academic performance of all students of the school exceed the expectations of the parents, society and management.
- To ensure that each student is developed, groomed and nurtured as a promise to the society and the nation at large
- To ensure that all academic initiatives of the school and all actions of the Academic Staff result in positive growth and development of the institution and each and every stakeholder
- To take the school to higher levels of success each day and each academic year
- To motivate, coach, train and mentor all members of the academic sphere of the school 8. To provide guidance and leadership to all school personnel
- To contribute towards creative and innovative ways to expand and develop the activities of the school
- To enrich the students and staff by radiating positive energy, team spirit and sense of honor
- To efficiently carryout day to day management of the school
- To ensure that documentation and paperwork with respect to academics and affiliations are prepared, maintained and made available as per norms and statutes
- To promote and maintain open communications, positive student attitudes, respect dignity & worth of staff, students, and comply with established lines of authority.
- To maintain morale and satisfaction and secure cooperation and coordination of all school personnel
- To coordinate with concerned to ensure that conducive environment, facilities and services required for effective delivery of academics as per set standards are made available
