Master Catering is seeking a dedicated and responsible

School Canteen Supervisor

to oversee daily canteen operations within a school environment. This role ensures high standards of food handling, excellent customer service, and smooth coordination with management.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day canteen operations to ensure efficiency and quality service. Check and verify all food deliveries against purchase orders and delivery notes. Ensure proper food handling, hygiene, and storage practices are strictly followed. Provide exceptional customer service to students, parents, and teachers. Maintain attractive and organized food displays. Oversee stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management. Train, guide, and support canteen staff to maintain company standards. Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to management. Uphold health and safety regulations in line with Dubai Municipality and HACCP guidelines.

Requirements:

Previous experience in food & beverage or school canteen operations. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Good English communication skills (spoken and written). Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Customer-focused with the ability to handle feedback professionally.

Pay: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
