School Bus Driver
Job Description
We are seeking a responsible and qualified individual to join our team as a School Bus Driver. The School Bus Driver will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe transportation of students to and from school, fostering a secure and positive commuting experience. Responsibilities: Safely operate a school bus in compliance with traffic and safety regulations. Pick up and drop off students at designated locations on schedule. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus. Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transit. Maintain order and discipline among students on the bus. Communicate effectively with school staff, parents, and students. Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly. Qualifications: Valid commercial drivers license (CDL) with appropriate endorsements. Clean driving record and experience in driving large vehicles. Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage students behavior in a responsible and positive manner. Pass a background check and drug/alcohol screening.
