Job Summary Scenario Developer is responsible for planning and developing exercise scenarios. The Scenario Developer will operate with a scenario development team located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires experience building a realistic and scalable training. The Scenario Developer must have experience designing simulation-based scenarios. Experience with developing scenarios using constructive and virtual simulations. This position requires an understanding of the use of collective training at the tactical and operational levels Essential Functions
Develop training scenarios and simulation-based training exercises to build operational capability and supporting Core Competencies
Design training scenarios to meet designated training objectives
Replicate the threat during simulation exercises to achieve designated unit training objectives
Design simulation scenarios that accurately replicate the environmental conditions, mission parameters, and threats for the training exercises
Identify and document lessons learned throughout the scenario development planning, preparation, and execution processes
Retired Lieutenant Colonel, Major or Captain with extensive scenario development experience with virtual and constructive simulations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal oversight in a variety of roles
Demonstrated management and planning skills
Demonstrated experience and knowledge training with Coalition partners
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Skills (emphasis in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint)
Previous work experience in the Middle East is preferred
Possess a valid Passport (with more than 6 months to expiration)
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in military science, national security studies, or a related field
Ten or more years of military experience in designing, developing and executing multi-echelon, simulation-based training exercises
Work history in the Middle East desired
