Position Overview

We are seeking qualified and experienced

Scaffolding Supervisors

and

Scaffolding Inspectors

to join our team for ADNOC/TAQA projects in Abu Dhabi. The selected candidates will ensure scaffolding activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in line with ADNOC and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise scaffolding teams in the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems. Inspect scaffolding structures prior to use and maintain inspection records in compliance with ADNOC standards. Ensure scaffolding works meet ADNOC, TAQA, and international safety regulations. Allocate manpower and resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines. Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and daily scaffold safety checks. Issue scaffolding tags (green/red) and ensure proper tagging system is maintained. Verify scaffold load capacities and stability as per engineering and project requirements. Coordinate with project engineers, safety officers, and ADNOC representatives for inspection approvals. Ensure strict compliance with Work Management System (WMS) procedures. Provide recommendations for corrective actions and ensure safe work practices are followed at all times.

Minimum Requirements

Experience:

3-5 years' experience in scaffolding roles (Oil & Gas sector preferred).

Education:

Diploma or Degree (12 years higher education minimum).

Certifications:

CISRS or STI certification (Preferred). Valid WMS Certification.

Skills:

Strong communication skills (written and spoken). Ability to work under pressure in Oil & Gas project environments.

Additional Requirements

Previous ADNOC project experience with ADNOC approval (preferred). Job Performer (JP) certification/experience in ADNOC projects. Strong knowledge of ADNOC HSE standards and scaffolding safety procedures.
