Reporting to

Team Leader/Project Manager/ADNOC OFFSHORE

Key Working Relationship INY Manager Site Team Leader Technical Manager Deputy Technical Manager Customers / Clients / Project Management Consultants He is expected to establish direct contact with Client and whenever necessary with other Bureau Veritas organization. Minimum Required Qualifications Specialty Sound knowledge in Mechanical engineering with comprehensive expertise in designing, inspecting, and managing complex scaffold structures for tanks, vessels, pipelines, offshore platforms etc, with proven proficiency in international safety standards and HSE.

Education/Certification

Mechanical Diploma with Advanced Scaffolding Certifications and approvals, including:CISRS Advance Scaffolding Inspection CISRS Basic Scaffolding Inspection CISRS Scaffolder Supervisor TUV SUD Scaffolding Inspector Certifications ADNOC Offshore Scaffolding Inspector Approval Training

Site Safety Induction

Experience

A qualified Scaffolding Professional with over 10 years of comprehensive experience, including more than 5 years of specialized expertise in offshore oil and gas and petrochemical industries. Holds ADNOC OFFSHORE Approvals and demonstrates exceptional proficiency in designing, managing, and executing complex scaffold structures across diverse industrial environments. Possesses excellent English communication skills with proven ability to develop technical reports, procedures, and documentation. Skilled in handling multiple scaffold types for tanks, vessels, and industrial equipment, with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical precision. Demonstrates expertise in project management, including strategic planning, cost control, and risk assessment, while ensuring adherence to international scaffolding standards. Committed to operational excellence, with a track record of delivering high-quality scaffolding solutions that meet both technical requirements and stringent safety regulations.
