Our client in construction industry is looking for experienced Scaffolding Foreman who will be overseeing and managing all scaffolding operations on their job sites. Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage scaffolding teams, ensuring safe and efficient assembly and disassembly of scaffolding.
- Interpret and implement construction plans and specifications related to scaffolding.
- Coordinate the setup and dismantling of scaffolding to support various project phases.
- Monitor safety compliance and adherence to industry standards in scaffolding.
- Inspect and maintain scaffolding materials and equipment to ensure safety and reliability.
- Collaborate with project managers, safety officers, and other construction professionals to meet project objectives.
- Train and mentor scaffolding team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Address on-site scaffolding issues and make decisions to keep the project on schedule.
- Diploma In Civil Engineering or ITI
- 8 \xe2\x80\x93 10 years, including 3-5 years in Gulf
- Significant experience in scaffolding, particularly in scaffolding erection and maintenance.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications related to scaffolding.
- Knowledge of scaffolding materials, safety practices, and regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team of scaffolders.
- Familiarity with scaffolding equipment and tools.
