POSTION TITLE: Scaffolding Draftsman & Quantity Surveyor REPORTS: Scaffolding Manager POSITION PURPOSE : Main experienced in Scaffolding design ,weight calculation, material requirements & method statements. Preparing all the monthly billing for the Scaffolding Division, interim valuations, variation claims, final accounts and to negotiate contractual disputes and settlements. Build a strong reputation for its experience and quality in delivering boutique scaffolding solutions beyond the scope of our competitors as well as for standard scaffolding work. KEY RESPONSIBILITES: Negotiating terms and conditions of hire, sale and contract scaffolding enquiries with clients Assisting in the preparation and submission of quotations including financial estimates, scope of work and programmed relative to contract law & billing Preparing monthly invoices for the Division based on submissions from the sales/contract's manager. Co-ordinating with the commercial department with regard to credit worthiness, invoicing and payments. Timely submission of monthly payment invoicing to the client every month and maximizing cash flow Preparing and submitting monthly revenue report for all contract jobs before end of every month. Negotiating effectively with the client for settling final account within target set and scheduling meetings for any disputes regarding invoicing/payments/claims Providing back-ups to the accounts department and monitoring as well as managing so as to avoid excess billing and credit notes Maintaining a good relationship with the customer's commercial department by providing the contract required backup documents Ensuring all work is completed to the standards specified before final inspections are expects top fulfilled Coordinate work progress managers Maintain good working relationship with workers, supervisor and management Work within allocated timescale to meet department targets Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards. Education and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, construction engineering, management, or related field Five (05) years of Scaffolding designing & estimation experience, financial experience, construction experience or related field Proficient specialization in AutoCAD/ computer skills and Microsoft Office Strong Math Knowledge. Salary Offer range: 2400 AED - 3000 AED.
