Job Title: Scaffolder

Job Summary:

A Scaffolder is responsible for erecting, maintaining, and dismantling scaffolding structures to support construction, maintenance, and repair projects. Ensures scaffolding is safe, secure, and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints, specifications, and safety guidelines.

2. Inspect scaffolding equipment and materials for damage or defects.

3. Ensure scaffolding is properly anchored and braced to prevent collapse.

4. Work at heights, following safety protocols and regulations.

5. Collaborate with other construction personnel to ensure project efficiency.

6. Adhere to company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Experience in scaffolding or related construction trade.

2. Knowledge of scaffolding safety regulations and standards.

3. Physical ability to work at heights and lift heavy materials.

4. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Certifications:

1. Scaffolding certification (e.g., CISRS, OSHA).

2. First aid and fall protection training.

Work Environment:

Salary Package - Basic Salary -1200 AED Per Month + Over Time

1. Construction sites, industrial settings, or other outdoor environments.

2. Physical labor, working at heights, and exposure to varying weather conditions.

Job Types: Permanent, Temporary, Fresher
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1,200.00 per month
