to assemble, dismantle, and maintain scaffolding structures for construction and industrial projects in Dubai. The role requires strict adherence to safety standards and the ability to work at heights.
Key Responsibilities:
Erect, modify, and dismantle
scaffolding systems
safely and efficiently
Inspect scaffolding structures to ensure stability and compliance with safety regulations
Load, unload, and transport scaffolding materials and equipment
Secure scaffolding to buildings or structures as required
Follow
HSE policies, safety procedures, and PPE requirements
Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions to supervisors
Perform routine maintenance and housekeeping of scaffolding materials
Work closely with supervisors and site engineers
Working Conditions:
Outdoor construction and industrial sites
Work at heights and in physically demanding environments
Shift work and overtime as per project needs
Requirements & Qualifications:
Minimum
1-3 years of scaffolding experience
in construction or industrial projects
Knowledge of
tube & coupler / system scaffolding
preferred
Ability to work at heights safely
Physically fit and safety-conscious
Valid scaffolding certification preferred (if available)
