Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused

Scaffolder

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for erecting, dismantling, modifying, and maintaining scaffolding structures at construction and maintenance sites in accordance with safety standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Erect, maintain, and dismantle scaffolding structures as per project drawings and specifications. Inspect scaffolding before use to ensure stability and safety compliance. Measure, cut, and fit scaffold materials (pipes, boards, clamps, brackets). Load and unload scaffolding materials safely. Ensure proper tagging of scaffolds (Green/Yellow/Red Tags). Follow safety protocols and ensure all scaffolding work meets regulatory requirements. Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely execution of work. Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions immediately. Assist in material planning and inventory management of scaffold components. Perform scaffold modifications as required during project progress.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-4 years of scaffolding experience in construction, MEP, industrial, or maintenance projects. Knowledge of different scaffolding systems (Tube & Clamp, Cuplock, Ringlock, H-Frame, etc.). Ability to interpret scaffolding drawings and load calculations. Physically fit and able to work at heights. Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and practices. Valid

Scaffolder Training Certificate

(CITB, OSHA, TUV, or equivalent) is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions.

Skills:

Strong understanding of safe working practices. Good teamwork and coordination skills. Problem-solving and quick decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary:

Aed 1300 to aed 1600 based on company policy, experience, and qualification.

Availability:

Ready to join immediately preferred.
