Job Description
Scaffolders erect, dismantle, and inspect temporary scaffolding structures to provide safe access for other construction workers. Their duties include planning, assessing site requirements, assembling poles and boards, ensuring stability and safety features like guardrails are in place, and complying with safety regulations. They also perform routine maintenance and make necessary adjustments as a project progresses
