We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scaffolder to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Scaffolder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our construction projects by erecting and dismantling scaffolding structures.

• Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding structures according to project specifications and safety standards
• Inspect scaffolding components for defects or damage before use
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine scaffolding requirements
• Ensure proper installation of safety features such as guardrails, toe boards, and access ladders
• Collaborate with other construction team members to coordinate scaffolding needs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, properly storing scaffolding equipment when not in use
• Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Perform regular safety checks and report any potential hazards or issues to supervisors
• Assist in the training and mentoring of junior scaffolders

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in scaffolding assembly and disassembly in the Bridge Construction Industry
• Valid scaffolding certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry
• Physical strength and stamina to handle the demands of the job
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges
• Willingness and ability to work in hot climate conditions
• Basic understanding of construction industry practices and terminology
