Scaffold Trainee Instructor
Job Description
We are recruiting a Scaffold Trainee Instructor to deliver high-quality training to the next generation of scaffolders. This role is ideal for an experienced scaffolder looking to move into a teaching and mentoring position.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years' scaffolding experience:
5 years practical hands-on work
5 years in a supervisory role
Strong knowledge of scaffolding safety standards and Regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Basic IT literacy
Desirable:
Instructor/assessor qualifications (or willingness to gain)
Experience delivering toolbox talks or mentoring
