Job Description
:
We are looking for a qualified Scaffold Supervisor to oversee all scaffolding activities under our Machine & Transport Division. The role involves supervising scaffold erection, modification, and dismantling while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards across project sites.
Responsibilities:
Supervise scaffold erection, alteration, and dismantling at various sites. Ensure scaffolding work complies with safety and engineering standards. Conduct regular inspections and issue scaffold tags. Coordinate with site engineers and safety officers for scaffolding requirements. Monitor scaffold materials and maintain usage records. Train and guide scaffolders on safe working procedures. Report unsafe practices or defective materials promptly.
Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in scaffolding supervision. Must hold a valid
Scaffold Supervisor certification (CITB, TUV, or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems and HSE standards. Excellent communication and leadership skills.Job Type: Full-time
